On WINDKIND, every meal is part of the adventure. Our chef cooks with the freshest local produce and creates each menu around your tastes, from the first coffee of the day to dinner under the stars.

The chef plating a dish

Your chef, your menu

Before your charter, your broker will send you a short preference sheet: favourite dishes, dislikes, allergies and dietary needs. Our chef, trained in a Michelin-starred kitchen, then creates your menus day by day, following the seasons and what local markets and fishermen have to offer. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or simply your childhood favourite: just let us know.

Fresh bread made on board

Made on board

Fresh bread every morning, handmade pasta, pastries and ice cream: much of what you eat is made on board. A fully equipped galley with Thermomix, Pacojet and sous-vide lets our chef work just as he would in a restaurant kitchen.

Lobster and vegetables on the grill

Grilled on deck

In the outdoor galley, a Fulgor Milano grill turns the catch of the day, lobster or local vegetables into a relaxed lunch by the water. In the evening, dinner is served at the big table in the aft cockpit, under the stars, or in the saloon, where the lounge becomes a dining room for ten.

Sundowner cocktails

Sundowners & fine wines

When the sun goes down, the bar opens: cocktails mixed by our stewardess, followed by a well-chosen wine to match dinner.

La Marzocco espresso machine on board

Coffee, perfected

For many of us, the day only really starts with the first good coffee. That is why there is a La Marzocco espresso machine on board, with two grinders, one of them reserved for decaf. Our stewardess makes your espresso, cappuccino or flat white just the way you like it, with plant-based milk alternatives where available, from the first cup at sunrise to the last one after dinner.
